After finding the perfect block of land for a tree change, builder Steven and his wife Margaret wanted to build a sustainable home with enough space for their kids and grandkids to visit, grow and play. We created a modern farmhouse feel throughout the house with calming neutral tones, textured tiles, brass fittings and a cast iron fireplace. The luxe farmhouse kitchen is the ideal place for Marg to indulge her love of cooking while Steve’s handiwork is featured in the handmade barn door leading to the powder room.
